The rollover of IKKB „OMX Baltic Benchmark Fund“ portfolio to track the OMX Baltic Benchmark GI index was completed on January 27, 2011. The fund‘s return did not track the return of the index in the beginning of the year and missed a nice gain due to the fact that Estonian stocks had a huge run in the beginning of the year but fund’s portfolio contained mostly Lithuanian stocks. Index’s composition was announced on December 31^st, 2010 and Estonian stocks started rising sharply on the first trading day of January. Because of illiquidity of the Baltic stocks market, the rollover could not be completed sooner. Currently, the rollover is complete and fund portfolio’s constituents and their weights matches those of the index. The index is reconstituted twice a year.
