On October 18, 2004 the Lithuanian Securities Commission approved changes in full and short prospectuses of the "NSEL 30 Index Fund".

According to these changes since October 20, 2004 the fund removed restriction on minimum initial investment. Since then an investor can become a shareholder of the Fund by buying only one share of the Fund.
