GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
At 6 p.m. on 26 March 2004, a general shareholders’ meeting will take place at National Stock Exchange building, Konstitucijos Ave 23-513, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Draft agenda:
1) report on the company’s activity in 2003;
2) report of the company’s auditor;
3) approval of financial statements for 2003;
4) amendments to the Articles of Association;
5) discussion about investment variable capital company’s reorganization to investment fund.
On business days from 11.00 till 12.00 and from 14.00 till 16.00 in Vilnius, Konstitucijos Ave 23-513 will be possible to get acquainted with the documentation for the General Meeting of Shareholders.
In May 2004, the Fund will change its location. The new address of the Fund will be P. Lukšio 32, Vilnius, Lithuania.
The next meetings of shareholders will be announced in daily newspaper "Verslo žinios" and in Fund’s websites at www.nsel30indexfund.com and www.indexfund.lt.
